Changeover Day

Bookings during Peak Season begin and end on a Saturday. There is greater flexibility with bookings outside Peak Season. 

 

For stays of less than one week or less than full occupancy, outside Peak Season, rental charges are calculated at £30.00 per person per night.

Booking notes

A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to the stay. A refundable 20% security deposit is payable just prior to the commencement of the stay. This wil be returned in full to the client within seven days of their stay in the absence of excess cleaning or damage. 

 

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

COVID Conditions : Please note that cancellations as a direct result of changes in the law relating to COVID restrictions will not be subject to these normal conditions. 

 

 

Services

A weekly change of towels is provided for guests, with the service day being Saturday, if bookings are for more than one week. 

 

A welcome pack is provided for clients, offering supplies for a simple evening supper with some drinks.

Additional services such as shopping, babysitting, cooked meals etc can be arranged at an additional charge by prior arrangement.
